Well I don't know if theres a way to say this without sounding cliche. haha but I've been working on a screenplay for a year now and finally dawned on me that it makes more sense as a graphic novel. At least first, before turning it into a film series. so i've been doing some sketches myself, but I have a fashion illustration background, not an animation one. I've been a fan of Mike Mignola for years as well as Frank Miller's style. Both which I enjoyed as film adaptations too. so thats what I was looking for. Honestly I'd love to collaborate with an ilustrator, but it would have to be a passion project for them, seeing as I don't have any money available for commissions. and as an artist who's been asked to work for free multiple times, I know how offending it can be.
